Add a second step to your sign-in — a 6-digit code from an authenticator app. Strongly recommended.

Choose what the hub emails you, and add your mobile number for notifications Blue Ridge sends by text. (Same as the ⚙ in the 🔔 bell menu. Admins also set there how each notification is delivered — email, text or both — and which are required.)

Downloads a complete copy of every hub table your admin account can read, as one dated JSON file. The file contains sensitive data (HR records, pay, bank details) — store it securely and delete old copies. File attachments in Storage aren’t in this export; those are covered by the off-site file backup below.

Require every user to set up two-factor authentication. When on, anyone without 2FA is prompted to enroll before they can use the hub — with a grace period so no one is locked out mid-task.
