Downloads a complete copy of every hub table your admin account can read, as one dated JSON file. The file contains sensitive data (HR records, pay, bank details) — store it securely and delete old copies. File attachments in Storage aren’t in this export; those are covered by the separate off-site backup.

Require every user to set up two-factor authentication. When on, anyone without 2FA is prompted to enroll before they can use the hub — with a grace period so no one is locked out mid-task.
